Red Robin

How should quality be communicated to current and prospective Red Robin customers? We tested different words and methods of doing this with a variety of restaurant goers in Denver and St. Louis. By talking to them in a comfortable setting, asking for feedback on radio advertising and having them order from a menu, we tried to best recreate the comfortable feel of Red Robin. The findings drove newly creative methods of getting the message to break through. Periquin was rehired to develop a new product testing process.
